How To Get Fresh Roasted Coffee

Below we have outlined how to get fresh roasted coffee coffee delivered to your doorstep.  The process is fairly simple, and this page should answer all questions. If you have more questions about delivery please use the contact form.  We generally answer questions within 24hrs of receiving them.

Roasted when you order

We roast when you order. It's as simple as that. This way you are guaranteed fresh coffee with every order. No stale coffee sitting on our shelves.

Roasting times

All orders that come in before 1:00 pm PT are roasted the day they are received. If your order is submitted after 1:00 pm PT do not worry, it will be roasted the very next business day.

Shipping

If you ordered whole bean your coffee will be shipped the day it was roasted at or around 4:00 pm PT. If you ordered pre ground, the coffee will need an additional 12hrs to off-gas properly before grinding. Once proper off-gassing has be achieved your coffee will be shipped promptly.

Tracking

We provide tracking numbers via email used to submit orders. The tracking number will be sent at the time of delivery.

Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please ship back the remaining contents and a full refund excluding the return shipping will be issued 7-10 business days from receiving unsatisfactory product.
