About Benti Neka Kebele
Benti Neka is a certified organic washing station in Ethiopia’s famed Guji Zone, where traceability is prioritized. With a voucher system tracking each lot from farm to final processing, Benti Neka ensures a direct connection between farmers and the coffee’s ultimate flavor profile.
The coffee is hand-picked and processed using a disc pulper before undergoing 36–48 hours of fermentation in cement tanks to remove mucilage. After drying for 7–9 days, the beans are conditioned for optimal flavor development.
