Additional Info – About La Divisa & the Geisha Legacy

La Divisa is a family-run farm in Colombia’s Andean region, led by Sebastian Gomez and his father John. Since 2014, Sebastian has championed high-differentiation micro-lots, with a focus on Geisha and Pink Bourbon varietals grown under shade and carefully processed using sustainable methods.

This particular Geisha is dried in temperature-controlled conditions to preserve its stunning floral aromatics and structure. The Gomez family’s commitment to quality shines in every step—from handpicking to slow drying.

Geisha’s Origins:
Originally discovered in Ethiopia in 1931 and introduced to Colombia in 2005, Geisha is now celebrated for its uniquely elegant and floral cup profile. This lot represents a rare and exceptional expression of that lineage.
