Return Policy
All of our coffee is roasted fresh for each order to ensure maximum quality. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee once it has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kafiex.com, and we’ll make it right.
