A vibrant, high-expression Yellow Bourbon processed with thermal shock, anaerobic fermentation, and extended drying. Expect cherry soda brightness, tropical sweetness, floral aromatics, and a candy-like finish.

Colombia – Tabi, Finca Las Flores
A washed / experimental Tabi from Jhoan Vergara. Clean, expressive, and fruit-forward with notes of milk chocolate, raspberry yogurt, and lemon–lime. A standout example from one of Colombia’s most respected producers.
