El Cuervo Farm specializes in cultivating the remarkable Geisha varietal at an elevation of 1,700 meters, shaded by native trees, which contribute to its unique flavor profile.

With sustainability at its core, El Cuervo practices live barriers and uses organic inputs to protect the soil. Their harvest peak is in February, leading to the farm's impressive 7th position in the 2023 Cup of Excellence.
