For the past three and a half years, I've embarked on a fulfilling journey to rejuvenate our family farm, nestled at 1100 meters amidst breathtaking natural beauty. Transforming neglected lands into a vibrant home for specialty coffee production, we focus on crafting exceptional microlots. Each bean goes through meticulous selection, washing, and drying processes to ensure unparalleled flavors and aromas, reflecting our dedication and passion for coffee excellence.

In 2021, our efforts were recognized when we became a National winner in a prestigious competition, scoring 87.03 points. This acknowledgment fuels our excitement to create distinctive coffee experiences for aficionados worldwide. Our farm thrives on sustainable practices, enriched by varietals like Colombia and Costa Rica 95, shaded by natural flora, and nurtured by organic methods. We celebrate our harvest from December to April, cherishing every moment of living our dream amidst the serene beauty of San Rafael Calería.

Our home, a cozy cabin amidst the coffee plantations, offers a daily panorama of natural beauty. Here, each day begins with the promise of connection to the earth and the rewarding challenge of producing specialty coffee microlots. Our focus on meticulous cultivation and processing techniques ensures that every bean embodies exceptional flavors and aromas, a testament to our dedication.

The journey has not been without its challenges, but the joy of seeing our farm flourish is unparalleled. We celebrate the revival of the land, now teeming with life, as we nurture varietals like Colombia and Costa Rica 95 under the natural canopy of vanillo, citrus, and endemic trees. Our organic practices, coupled with careful drying on African beds and storage in grainpro-lined jute bags, underscore our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Our efforts culminated in a National win at the 2021 Cup of Excellence, a proud moment that reflects the peak of flavor and aroma our microlots achieve. Beyond the farm, we cherish the connections made with fellow coffee enthusiasts, sharing knowledge, experiences, and the sheer joy of coffee.
