Brazil – Washed

$15.00

Rich, silky, and sweet, this Chapada de Minas coffee offers a refined take on Brazil’s classic profile.

From the rolling hills of Chapada de Minas in southeastern Brazil, this washed coffee showcases a rare expression of clarity and sweetness from a region best known for natural processing. Grown at elevations around 1,200 meters, the coffee benefits from warm days and cool nights that develop dense, flavorful beans.

At Sítio Boa Vista, ripe cherries are handpicked, pulped, and washed clean before slow patio drying—yielding a cup that is silky and balanced, with tasting notes of Toasted Hazelnut, and Chocolate, finishing smooth with a gentle Citrus brightness.

About Finca Kitos – A Story of Renewal in Veracruz

Finca Kitos is a family-run coffee farm in San Rafael Calería, Veracruz, Mexico, producing honey processed specialty microlots at 1,100 meters above sea level. Over the past three and a half years, we've transformed neglected land into a thriving origin for organically grown coffee, focusing on quality, sustainability, and connection.

Our cozy cabin sits amid the coffee trees, offering daily views of natural beauty and the promise of purpose. With each harvest—from Costa Rica 95, Colombia, and Criollo varietals—we apply meticulous cultivation and drying techniques, including African raised beds and grainpro-lined jute storage, to preserve sweetness, clarity, and balance.
