From the misty Sierra Madre de Chiapas mountains in southern Mexico comes a coffee that embodies balance and sweetness. Grown by smallholder farmers between 1,200 and 1,750 meters above sea level, this Strictly High Grown lot reflects the region’s fertile volcanic soils and traditional washed processing.

Ripe cherries are pulped, fermented, washed, and sun-dried on patios or raised beds—producing a clean, classic cup with tasting notes of Milk Chocolate, Roasted Almond, and Warming Spices, with a gentle Citrus finish and smooth body.
