Training is led by nationally recognized coffee professionals. Seidy Selivanow is a 2026 U.S. Barista Championship finalist and experienced coffee educator. Matthew Selivanow is a certified Q Arabica Grader and a two-time fourth-place finalist at the U.S. Coffee Roasting Championship.
Our coffees are roasted weekly in Vancouver and evaluated through regular quality-control cuppings for flavor, consistency, and roast performance.
We work with each partner to select coffees and recipes that fit their equipment, customers, price point, and beverage menu. As coffees change seasonally, our team remains available to help with dialing in, troubleshooting, and maintaining consistency.

Yes. Kafiex Roasters is based in Vancouver, Washington, and supports wholesale partners throughout Southwest Washington, Portland, and the surrounding Pacific Northwest. We also ship wholesale coffee nationwide.
Wholesale orders placed by Thursday at midnight are scheduled for weekend roasting and typically ship on Monday. Delivery or pickup options depend on the account and location.
Yes. We provide training based on your coffee program, equipment, staff experience, and menu. Training can include espresso dialing, grinder adjustment, milk preparation, workflow, brewing, cleaning, and quality control.
Yes. We sell commercial espresso machines, grinders, brewers, water filtration systems, and related café equipment. We can also assist with equipment selection, estimates, installation, startup, and staff training.
Wholesale coffee is available in 5-pound bags, along with retail-ready packaged coffee for businesses that want to sell Kafiex by the bag. Available formats may vary by coffee and program.
