Refund policy

Roasted Coffee and Consumable Products

All Kafiex coffee is roasted fresh for each order to ensure maximum quality. Because coffee and other consumable products are perishable, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kafiex.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Coffee Merchandise

We accept return requests for eligible, non-consumable merchandise within 30 days after delivery of the individual item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
In its original packaging, with any tags or accessories included
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact info@kafiex.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label for approved returns unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an error by Kafiex Roasters.

If Kafiex authorizes a prepaid label for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions by email.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed the claim.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Roasted coffee and other consumable products
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Custom, personalized, or private-label products
Items that have been used or are missing their original packaging or components.

Commercial equipment and wholesale orders should be governed by the terms provided in the applicable estimate, invoice, purchase agreement, or manufacturer warranty.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different eligible item, request a return and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Banks and credit-card companies may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact info@kafiex.com.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because coffee is roasted specifically for customer orders, contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production or been fulfilled.
