Kafiex Coffee Club: A Local Coffee Membership Built Around Community

Not every coffee club is about what shows up in the mail. The Kafiex Coffee Club is a seat at the table — a quarterly membership built for people who want to taste what we're most excited about, learn how we source and roast it, and connect with the Vancouver, WA coffee community doing it.

What Membership Includes

Every quarter, Coffee Club members receive:

• Three bags of coffee — one 8.8oz or 10oz bag each month, always seasonal and often featuring competition-level or rare microlots

• Complimentary pour-overs — six for Q4 2026, increasing to eight per quarter beginning January 2027, redeemable at either Kafiex location, all at once or spread across the quarter

• One exclusive quarterly event — a coffee tasting, brewing class, sensory session, or coffee pairing

• A Coffee Club membership card — your pass to redeem pour-overs and enjoy member perks in-café

Coffees are chosen for quality and cup score, processing innovation, producer story, and educational or competition relevance. Over a year of membership, you'll taste washed, natural, anaerobic, honey, and experimental process coffees — including some of the exact lots we've used on competition stages.

How It Works

Coffee Club runs on four calendar-quarter terms:

• Price: $90 for Quarter 4 of 2026 (October–December). Beginning January 1, 2027, membership is $109 per calendar quarter, renewing on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 until canceled. Membership is charged when you enroll.

• Join the current quarter by the 14th of its second month: February 14 for Q1, May 14 for Q2, August 14 for Q3, or November 14 for Q4. Each cutoff date is included. For Q4 2026, enrollment closes November 14. Late joiners still receive the full three-bag allocation; we will email you to coordinate pickup of any coffee already released, followed by the remaining monthly selections.

• Join after the cutoff and your membership begins with the following quarter. If you join the current quarter after its event has taken place, that event will not be repeated.

• Pickup: Monthly bags are picked up locally at the Kafiex Coffee Lab (720 Esther St, Vancouver, WA) — Coffee Club coffee is not shipped

Coffee Club vs. Coffee Subscription: What's the Difference?

Kafiex offers two ways to get our coffee regularly, and they're built for different people:

If you're in Vancouver or Portland and want the full in-café experience, the Coffee Club is built for you. If you're outside the area, our Coffee Subscription ships the same caliber of coffee straight to your door.

Coffee Club coffees are often the same ones that shape how we roast and compete — rare natural process lots from Guatemala, exclusive Colombia microlots, and, at times, the exact beans behind our team's competition placements. It's a front-row view into an award-winning roastery, not just a bag on a schedule.

Can I use all my pour-overs in one visit?
Yes. Your complimentary pour-overs can be redeemed all at once or spread across the quarter, and any unused ones can carry into the following quarter.

When can I join?
You can join the current quarter through February 14, May 14, August 14, or November 14, inclusive. Signups after the cutoff begin with the following quarter. For Q4 2026, the deadline is November 14. Members joining during the quarter still receive three bags; we will email pickup details for any coffee already released and the remaining selections. Events that have already taken place are not repeated.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — membership renews automatically each quarter unless canceled before the next billing date.
