Kafiex Coffee Club: A Local Coffee Membership Built Around Community

Not every coffee club is about what shows up in the mail. The Kafiex Coffee Club is a seat at the table — a quarterly membership built for people who want to taste what we're most excited about, learn how we source and roast it, and connect with the Vancouver, WA coffee community doing it.

What Membership Includes

Every quarter, Coffee Club members receive:

• Three bags of coffee — one 8.8oz or 10oz bag each month, always seasonal and often featuring competition-level or rare microlots

• Six complimentary pour-overs — redeemable at either Kafiex location, all at once or spread across the quarter

• One exclusive quarterly event — a coffee tasting, brewing class, sensory session, or coffee pairing

• A Coffee Club membership card — your pass to redeem pour-overs and enjoy member perks in-café

Coffees are chosen for quality and cup score, processing innovation, producer story, and educational or competition relevance. Over a year of membership, you'll taste washed, natural, anaerobic, honey, and experimental process coffees — including some of the exact lots we've used on competition stages.

How It Works

Coffee Club runs on four calendar-quarter terms:

• Price: $99 per quarter, automatically renewing until canceled

• Join in month 1 or 2 of a quarter and your membership starts immediately — join in month 2 and you'll receive that month's and the next month's selections together, followed by the final month's coffee as usual

• Join in the final month of a quarter and your membership begins with the following quarter

• Pickup: Monthly bags are picked up locally at the Kafiex Coffee Lab (720 Esther St, Vancouver, WA) — Coffee Club coffee is not shipped

Coffee Club vs. Coffee Subscription: What's the Difference?

Kafiex offers two ways to get our coffee regularly, and they're built for different people:

If you're in Vancouver or Portland and want the full in-café experience, the Coffee Club is built for you. If you're outside the area, our Coffee Subscription ships the same caliber of coffee straight to your door.

When can I join?
New memberships begin the first or second month of a quarter. If you sign up during the final month of a quarter, your membership starts with the next one.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — membership renews automatically each quarter unless canceled before the next billing date.
