Smith Teamaker No. 45 Peppermint Leaves is a pure, caffeine-free herbal infusion made exclusively with peppermint grown in the Pacific Northwest. The leaves are harvested just before flowering, when their aromatic oil content is at its highest, then carefully dried and screened for a consistent leaf size.

The resulting infusion is intensely refreshing with a full, creamy texture, natural sweetness and a cooling finish. Although made from only peppermint leaves, the cup presents distinctive tasting notes of mint, sugar and chocolate.

This single-ingredient infusion is an excellent caffeine-free option for cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and self-service tea programs. Serve it hot, iced or as an after-dinner tea.

Brewing instructions

Bring freshly drawn filtered water to 212°F. Steep one sachet for five minutes.
