The coffee steeps in room-temperature water for 21 hours, creating a rich, naturally sweet concentrate with a smooth finish. After brewing, it is carefully filtered and strained before being transferred into reusable one-gallon glass jugs.
Designed for café and restaurant service, this concentrate can be diluted with water, milk or a plant-based alternative to match your preferred strength and beverage recipe.
