Hinga Kawa Abakundakawa is a women-led coffee group in Rwanda whose members have built both economic opportunity and community leadership through coffee production. Through the Café Femenino program, the women of Hinga Kawa have strengthened their ability to organize, increase income, and create more pathways for leadership within their communities.
This coffee is grown at elevations between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level, where Rwanda’s high altitude and favorable climate contribute to sweetness, structure, and clarity in the cup.
